Arcadegames4u.com reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  Your use of this website following any such change represents your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.  Arcade Games 4U encourages you to review the Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.

Backorders
If an item is backordered, the details of the backorder and the information concerning the expected delivery date will be sent to you via the email address provided during checkout.  Please contact your sales representative if you would like to cancel your order due to an item being backordered.

Cancelling an Order
Please contact your sales representative via phone or email to discuss cancelling your order.  Arcade Games 4U will cancel any order that has not shipped; however, we cannot cancel your order if your item has already been processed for shipping and is on the dock awaiting pick up.  Please see cancellation rules for Special Orders below.

Please read the description of the item you are ordering to see if the item qualifies as a Special Order.  Special Order items can still be cancelled; however, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.  Please contact your sales representative for more details.

Shipping
Most in stock items ship within one to two business days.  Some items must be Special Ordered and will ship within one to two weeks based on availability.

Arcadegames4u.com ships all oversized items via motor freight (18-wheeler).  The shipping rate provided for motor freight deliveries includes residential delivery and lift gate service.  The motor freight company will contact you when your item reaches the local hub to arrange a delivery date and time.  The motor freight company will only delivery your item to the curb.  If you would like to arrange for inside delivery please indicate this in the Special Instructions section of the check out process.  Please note that inside delivery will increase your shipping quote. 

If you fail to be available during the arranged delivery, additional charges will occur.  The motor freight company will store the item until delivery can be rescheduled.  Please note these charges are normally very high and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-freight items shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground.  UPS will deliver packages without requiring a signature as long as the driver can find a safe place for the package.  Please indicate in the Special Instructions section of the check out process if you would like to have your items shipped “Signature Required”.

Any items shipped to AK, HI or PR will be shipped via United State Postal Services Parcel Post.  The transit time may vary for these packages.

For items shipped via UPS, your tracking information will be emailed to you via the email provided during checkout.  You can visit the carrier’s website to track your item.  For items shipped via motor freight, please contact your sales representative for assistance tracking your item.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to orders purchased by residents of North Carolina at a rate of 6.75%. 

Payment Terms
Arcadegames4u.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, checks and money orders.  Checks must clear prior to item shipping.  Arcadegames4u.com also offers layaway.  Please contact your sales representative for more details about our layaway plan.  All items must be paid for in full prior to shipping. 

Warranties
Arcadegames4u.com sells a variety of new and used items.  Most of our new items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  Please see the item description for specific warranty details.

Return Policy
Arcade Games 4U strives to offer 100% satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please contact your sales representative to discuss a resolution. 

All items sold can be returned for 30 days after purchase.  All returns must be in “unused” condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please note the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.  These charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If there is visible damage upon inspection of the item, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY!  Refuse the delivery, make note of the damage on the bill of lading and contact us.  If damage is not noted, the motor freight company may reject the claim.  Please note that if you accept the delivery when there is visible damage, neither the motor freight company nor our company will be responsible for any damage claims.
  
If there is concealed damage, it is very important that you document it with pictures and notes.  A claim still needs to be filed with the motor freight company, but we will assist you with the claim and work to insure that you are a satisfied customer.  You must file this claim within 48 hours of delivery.  If the claim is not filed in a timely manner, the motor freight company will not accept the claim.  We will either have the item returned to us for a full refund minus the shipping charges or we will repair the item.

Web-based forms on the Arcade Games 4u site may require users to give us personal contact information.  We use this contact information from these forms to send the user information about our website, perform customer service communications and occasionally follow up with further mailings. Arcade Games 4u does not sell the users information to any advertiser or third party and enforces customer security.

Arcade Games 4u is not liable for the privacy policies of websites and services to which the Arcade Games 4u website might link to.  If you provide user information to such third parties, different rules regarding the use of your personal information may apply.  We advise you to review the third party’s privacy policies before providing any personal information with them.
